Tamlyn has proven strategic and operational experience in managing many facets of the HR function, whereby she has led various teams both large and small in delivering first class, customer focused HR services. She also has extensive experience in career transition and outplacement where she has been a lead coach in developing and delivering a range of programs and workshops to a diverse client base.
Her project management skills have seen her successfully manage numerous HR projects of various sizes and complexity that have resulted in transformational change, improved efficiencies and productivity, cost reductions and overall better people and business performance.
Her highly developed communication and interpersonal skills assist her in creating strong, collaborative working relationships to ensure the right solutions are delivered at the right time for positive sustainable change and success.
Tamlyn holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management along with formal qualifications in training and coaching. Driven by a passion to support positive change in organisations, for the last 10 years she has focused on helping businesses get their people back to being empowered and productive. This is achieved through collaboration with the business, evidence-based People and Culture plans and a combination of neuroleadership and emotional intelligence performance improvement education initiatives, such as team development, one on one and group coaching.
Karen holds a Masters of Human Resource Management along with formal qualifications in finance, training and coaching. She is a certified neuroleadership coach and emotional intelligence assessor, accredited career transition coach and acceptance and commitment therapy, DISC behaviour profiling and clean language trained.
